Customer service was non existent. I tried to contact them so many times about fixing an issue I had and no one answered me on any platform. I got the sign to display my name and the “f” in my name didn’t have the line going across so it just looked like a curved line. I emailed, I DM’d them on Instagram and messaged them on here and they never replied until I threatened to cancel my order, then I got a response. When I finally got someone to reply to me they told me they’ll send me a “new proof” and they never did but then the next day I got the email that my product was shipped out. And OF COURSE, the error was NOT fixed. To add insult to injury the day that I got my sign in the mail, they responded to my DM on IG and told me to email them about the issue. Now i can’t display my sign. Side note it was smaller than expected.
