Where can I upload my logo / artwork?
You can email your logo/artwork to us via email at shop@muujeesigns.com
Will I see a mockup proof of what I am ordering?
Yes - for most of our products, we will send you an email mockup proof. Please be sure to check your spam folder in case our email lands there.
How soon will I receive my order?
Once you approve your mockup, we will put your order into productions, which usually takes between 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking # via email. Be sure to check your spam folder in case our email lands there!
I want a product size that is not listed - can you do it?
In most cases, we can work with you to create what you need. Just message us to get started!
What is your return policy?
If there is a defect with our product or we made a mistake with the personalization, we will gladly redo your order. However, if you have a change of mind, or if there was an accidental typo, unfortunately we would not be able to accept a return due to the personalization nature of our products.
