I ordered another sign for my company and the creator did not ensure that my code worked for people to scan and use my sign for payment. I am dissapointed while the quality of the sign was good, and I was excited to use it for my event. I cannot use it for what I purchased it for to have customers pay me by scanning with a QR code. I have had good communication with them and apprecaite thier attempts to solve the issue, but I will be asking for a refund.
